Youth
The teaching of children is vital to their understanding and continuance in the Christian faith. At Cartsbridge, whatever age a child is, their spiritual growth is of most importance and so a variety of age-specific groups help achieve this aim.
Sunday Club
Sunday at 11.30am
During our All Age Service, children of primary school age are taught by a dedicated and enthusiastic team from within the church. The Sunday Club offers the children a chance to bond with one another and learn together what the Scriptures teach in a way that is applicable to their age group.
Bible Class
Sunday at 11.30am
For young people in secondary school the Bible class follows its own teaching programme, again led by a committed team from within the church. In the past the class has covered topics such as: Having Faith, Why to tell others, How can I resist evil and Who is the Holy Spirit. It also encourages prayer with the chance for the young people to build on their personal prayer lives.
ignite
Sunday at 6.15pm
Aimed at S1 to S3, Ignite exists to develop our young people to become men and women who fully trust in the Lord Jesus as their Saviour. Recent teaching has included a series studying some of the well known leaders of the Bible; understanding what motivated them to follow after God with a view to helping the young people apply these principles to their own lives.
